ABOUT THE POSITION

We are currently seeking FT Anesthetists to provide coverage at WakeMed's hospitals in the Raleigh area. AAs may provide coverage at the site of their choice, Wake Raleigh, Wake Cary, or Wake North. Anesthetists may even choose to work at multiple locations if varying cases is a desire. We are flexible!
These unique locations offer something for everyone from high acuity peds and hearts to bread and butter general cases.
Please see casework details below by campus:
Raleigh - Level 1 Trauma Center - hearts, peds, trauma, ob, endo, ortho, ent, plastics, podiatry, some heads
North - Smaller but busy 3/4 OR hospital w/ additional procedure rooms - general, ortho, gyn (and ob), some endo, davinci robotic, some healthy peds, podiatry and ent
Cary - Busy Level III hospital - 13 ORs w/ additional procedure rooms - general, ortho, eyes, urology, lungs, gyn, healthy peds, some endo and podiatry
