Telemedicine Physician Peptide & Hormone Therapy

Pepti is seeking licensed physicians to provide telemedicine consultations for patients interested in medically appropriate peptide therapy, weight management, hormone optimization, and longevity care.

Physicians will independently review patient intake forms, medical histories, laboratory results, and treatment eligibility through our telehealth platform. When clinically appropriate, the physician may prescribe medications that are fulfilled and shipped by our partnered licensed compounding pharmacies.

Responsibilities include:

• Reviewing asynchronous patient consultations
• Evaluating medical history and laboratory results
• Determining whether treatment is clinically appropriate
• Developing and managing individualized treatment plans
• Prescribing medications within the physician’s independent medical judgment
• Communicating with patients through secure messaging when needed
• Maintaining complete and compliant medical documentation
• Following all applicable federal and state telemedicine requirements

Qualifications:

• Active, unrestricted MD or DO license
• Licensed in multiple states preferred
• Experience in telemedicine, weight management, hormone therapy, functional medicine, or peptide therapy is preferred
• Comfortable with asynchronous patient care
• Strong clinical judgment and documentation skills
• Active DEA registration preferred where applicable

This is a flexible, remote opportunity with patient volume expected to increase as Pepti expands. Physicians maintain complete clinical independence over all prescribing and treatment decisions.
