A privately owned, physician-led interventional pain management practice in Panama City, FL seeks a Board Certified or Board Eligible Interventional Pain Physician to join a high-volume, procedure-driven outpatient team. Candidates trained in PM&R, Neurology, or Anesthesiology are encouraged to apply.

Compensation & benefits

• Year 1 base salary: $375,000–$425,000+
• Year 2+: transition to a draw based on a percentage of collections; competitive productivity-based compensation

Requirements

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in PM&R, Neurology, or Anesthesiology
• Completion of an ACGME-accredited Pain Management fellowship (required)
• Active Florida medical license or eligibility for licensure
• DEA registration in good standing
• Strong procedural skills and commitment to evidence-based pain management
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
