Non-Interventional Outpatient Pain Management Physician — Pensacola, FL

A well-established, privately owned outpatient pain management practice in Pensacola, FL is seeking a Non-Interventional Pain Management Physician to join a collaborative, multidisciplinary team. This opportunity suits physicians trained in PM&R, Neurology, or Anesthesiology who prefer conservative, patient-centered care and a predictable weekday schedule.

Practice highlights

• 100% outpatient, office-based role with no nights, weekends, or call
• Standard hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
• Emphasis on non-interventional, conservative pain management
• Patient mix primarily personal injury with some workers’ compensation
• Collaborative team environment including neurology and rehabilitation services
• Privately owned, well-established practice with strong administrative support

Compensation & benefits

• Year 1 base salary: $300,000–$350,000+
• Year 2: transition to a draw based on a percentage of collections

Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in PM&R, Neurology, or Anesthesiology
• Completion of an ACGME-accredited residency in a relevant specialty
• Active Florida medical license or eligibility for licensure
• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and teamwork skills
• Experience with personal injury or workers’ compensation cases preferred but not required
