Board-Certified Family Medicine Physician — Outpatient, 4-Day Week, No Nights/Weekends (Denver, CO)

We’re looking for a compassionate, board-certified or board-eligible Family Medicine physician to join our patient-centered team in Denver. You’ll practice full-spectrum outpatient medicine within an integrated network and certified Level II Trauma Center, working alongside care coordinators, behavioral health specialists, educators, and medical consultants. Our team-based model focuses on chronic disease management, acute care, and preventive services — from routine screenings to vaccinations — so you can deliver high-quality, comprehensive care without doing it alone.

What to expect

• Full outpatient Family Medicine practice with a collaborative team-based approach
• Embedded clinical and administrative support so you can focus on patients
• Four-day work week with 30-minute appointment slots
• No nights or weekends; shared clinic call only

Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited U.S. medical school
• Completion of an accredited Family Medicine residency
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine
• Minimum 5+ years clinical experience preferred
• Active Colorado medical license or ability to obtain
• DEA certification in good standing or ability to obtain

Compensation & benefits

• Guaranteed base salary: $240,000–$260,000 annually
