What you’ll do

• Provide comprehensive primary care for patients across the lifespan.
• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions.
• Deliver preventive care, wellness exams, and appropriate health screenings.
• Establish long-term relationships with patients and families.
• Coordinate care with specialists and the interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless, high-quality outcomes.
• Apply evidence-based medicine to improve patient health.
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation in the electronic medical record.

Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine
• Completion of an accredited Family Medicine residency
• Eligible for or currently hold an unrestricted Indiana medical license
• DEA certification or eligibility to obtain one
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and clinical skills
