We’re looking for a full-time family medicine physician to join a respected, patient-centered healthcare organization serving Elkhart, Indiana. What you’ll do
- Provide comprehensive primary care for patients across the lifespan.
- Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions.
- Deliver preventive care, wellness exams, and appropriate health screenings.
- Establish long-term relationships with patients and families.
- Coordinate care with specialists and the interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless, high-quality outcomes.
- Apply evidence-based medicine to improve patient health.
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation in the electronic medical record.

Qualifications
- MD or DO from an accredited medical school
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine
- Completion of an accredited Family Medicine residency
- Eligible for or currently hold an unrestricted Indiana medical license
- DEA certification or eligibility to obtain one
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and clinical skills
