Hybrid PMHNP (Pediatrics/Adolescents) 1099, Sterling VA, $120$140/hr, Sign-On Bonus

Sign-on bonus up to $10,000. Join our growing behavioral health team in Sterling, Virginia as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner delivering patient-centered care to children, adolescents, and young adults through a hybrid mix of onsite and telehealth visits. You will perform comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, create individualized treatment plans, and manage medications within a collaborative, interdisciplinary setting.

Schedule

• Minimum 12 hours per week, including at least 5 hours onsite

Required qualifications

• Active, unrestricted Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner license in Pennsylvania
• Board certification as a PMHNP (PMHNP-BC) through ANCC or AANP
• DEA license and Virginia state prescriptive authority
• Minimum 2 years of independent PMHNP practice
• At least 1 year of experience treating children, adolescents, or young adults
• Proficiency with EHR systems and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, etc.)
• Reliable computer, phone, and high-speed internet for telehealth
