Part-Time Hybrid Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) — Sterling, VA

Part-time Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner role in Sterling, VA delivering integrated psychiatric care to children, adolescents, and young adults as part of an interdisciplinary team.

Schedule & work model

• Total: 20 hours/week (17 clinical, 3 administrative)
• Hybrid: minimum 10 clinical hours onsite; up to 7 clinical hours remote
• Administrative hours completed remotely
• Flexible scheduling to meet patient needs
• Minimum 10 hours during peak “after-school” times (after 4:00 PM ET weekdays and/or weekends)

Compensation & benefits

• Base salary (W-2): $72,500 (part-time, 20 hrs/wk)
• Total earning potential: up to $175,000+ annually
• Additional $100 per clinical hour beyond base caseload

Requirements

• Master’s degree from an accredited nursing program
• Board-certified PMHNP (PMHNP-BC)
• Minimum 1 year of independent psychiatric experience post-licensure
• Active Virginia PMHNP/APRN license
• DEA registration and state prescriptive authority
• Ability to work onsite at least 10 clinical hours/week
• Availability for after-school hours (after 4:00 PM ET and/or weekends)
• Access to reliable technology (computer, phone, high-speed internet)
