Job Description
We’re looking for a skilled, compassionate OB/GYN (Board-Certified or Board-Eligible) to join our team southeast of Phoenix, AZ. This full-time role offers the chance to deliver high-quality, patient-centered obstetric and gynecologic care to a growing community, with flexible scheduling options and strong collegial support.
What you’ll like about this role:
- Flexible schedule with just 1 weekend call per month plus 3 weekday calls per month; part-time or flexible arrangements are also available
- Competitive salary commensurate with experience

- Level II Special Care Nursery on-site

Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive OB/GYN care across prenatal, gynecologic, and surgical services
- Participate in scheduled call coverage (limited)
- Work closely with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate care and optimize outcomes
- Use advanced technologies, including robotic-assisted surgery when appropriate
- Maintain accurate EMR documentation and follow evidence-based, patient-centered practice standards
