Outpatient Internal Medicine Physician — Brigham & Women’s Faulkner (Flexible FT/PT, Teaching, Competitive Pay)

Established primary care practice in Boston, MA, affiliated with Brigham and Women’s Faulkner Hospital and Harvard Medical School, seeks a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Internal Medicine physician (or Family Medicine with an adult-medicine focus) to join a collaborative team of physicians, NPs/PAs, medical support staff, and on-site behavioral health providers.

Location and Setting

• Outpatient-only primary care practice embedded with Brigham and Women’s Faulkner Hospital
• Academic teaching environment with opportunities to teach students and residents

Position Details

• Full-time or part-time (0.75–1.0 FTE; 6–8 sessions per week)
• Shared call schedule (approximately 10 weekends per year)
• Team includes 8–10 physicians plus advanced practice providers
• Residents completing training welcome to apply

Compensation and Benefits

• Salary range: $235,000–$265,000 annually (commensurate with experience and FTE)

Qualifications

• MD or DO from accredited medical school
