Board-Certified/Eligible Internal Medicine Physician — Outpatient Primary Care, Boston (Serving Underserved)

We seek a compassionate, full-time Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Internal Medicine physician to join a mission-driven primary care team in Massachusetts. This role offers the chance to provide high-quality, evidence-based outpatient care within a collaborative, multidisciplinary setting focused on older adults and underserved communities facing complex social needs. Location and practice:

• Sites in Boston, Brockton, and Lynn, MA
• Outpatient-only practice with a robust support team
• Diverse patient population with complex medical and social needs
• Integrated care model with access to multidisciplinary resources

Compensation and benefits:

• Salary: $259,000–$270,000 plus comprehensive benefits

Requirements:

• Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Internal Medicine (must obtain board certification within one year of hire)
• Active MA medical license or ability to obtain prior to start
• Bilingual Spanish/English preferred
• Clinical proficiency in evidence-based primary care for older adults
• Strong communication skills and ability to connect with diverse populations
• Experience with EHRs and clinical technologies
• High ethical standards, confidentiality, and judgment in complex situations
• Commitment to serving underserved populations and working in a non-hierarchical, team-based environment
• Resilient, adaptable, and able to manage competing priorities
• Authorization to work in the United States
