OB/GYN Hospitalist — Hazleton/West Chester, PA | $300340K, Flexible Schedule, No Call

We’re looking for experienced Obstetrics and Gynecology physicians to provide expert, consistent inpatient care while partnering collaboratively with local OB providers. What the role looks like

• Full-time hospitalist position with flexibility to build a schedule that fits your life.
• Typical schedule: 7–9 24-hour shifts per month (about 21 days off each month).
• No office management duties and no additional on-call responsibilities.

Compensation and benefits

• Salary range: $300,000–$340,000 plus a comprehensive benefits package.

Who we’re looking for

• Board-certified or board-eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology.
• Pennsylvania medical license or eligibility to obtain one.
• Comfortable managing obstetric emergencies and delivering comprehensive inpatient OB/GYN care.
• Strong communicator and team player committed to patient-centered care and continuous improvement.
