SpanishSpeaking Adult Primary Care Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant — Bronx, NY

Join a primary care team in the Bronx providing adult and geriatric care to a manageable patient panel. This full-time, Monday–Friday role requires a bilingual Spanish/English Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with primary care experience and a strong interest in geriatrics.

Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive adult and geriatric primary care
• Manage an assigned patient panel (8–12 patients/day)
• Coordinate care, document visits, and collaborate with interdisciplinary team
• Participate in quality improvement and performance initiatives
• Maintain required licensure and provider enrollment

Schedule and caseload:

• Full-time, Monday–Friday
• No nights or weekends
• Small daily patient panels to support high-quality, patient-centered care

Compensation and benefits:

• Base salary: $165,000–$185,000
• Up to 20% performance bonus

Requirements:

• Licensed Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) in New York
• Minimum 2 years of primary care experience

• Excellent clinical, communication, and organizational skills
• Medicare and Medicaid provider enrollment/IDs required
