Provide comprehensive adult primary care in a Brooklyn, NY practice with a manageable panel that supports high-quality, patient-centered care.
Schedule and Scope
- Full-time, Monday–Friday
- No nights or weekends
- Small panels: ~8–12 patients per day
Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary: $165,000–$185,000
- Up to 20% performance bonus
- 9 paid holidays

Requirements
- Licensed Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) in New York
- Minimum 2 years primary care experience
- Experience or strong interest in geriatrics preferred
- Excellent clinical, communication, and organizational skills
- Medicare and Medicaid provider numbers required
