Internal Medicine Physician — Denver, CO (No Nights/Weekends, 4-Day Week, $240–260K)

Join a patient-centered team at a Level II Trauma Center in Denver, CO. Provide comprehensive primary care within an integrated network alongside care coordinators, behavioral health specialists, educators, and medical specialists. Focus on chronic disease management, acute illness care, and preventive services (screenings and vaccinations) in a team-based model.

• Schedule: Full-time, 4-day work week; 30-minute appointment slots; no nights or weekends; shared clinic call only
• Practice model: Team-based with embedded support staff
• Setting: Hospital-affiliated outpatient clinic within an integrated health system

Responsibilities

• Deliver outpatient internal medicine care for adults: manage chronic conditions, treat acute problems, perform preventive care
• Coordinate care with behavioral health, specialty services, and care management teams
• Document clinical encounters and meet productivity/quality standards
• Participate in clinical quality improvement and practice initiatives as required

Requirements

• MD or DO from accredited U.S. program
• Completion of accredited Internal Medicine residency
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine
• Current Colorado medical license or ability to obtain
• DEA registration or ability to obtain
