Float Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant – Family Medicine (Multi-Site, Greenwood SC)

We’re looking for a dependable and compassionate Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our Family Medicine team as a floating provider. In this role you’ll support patient care across multiple outpatient clinics in Abbeville, Greenwood, Laurens, McCormick, and Saluda counties in South Carolina. This is a great opportunity for someone who values patient-centered care, preventive medicine, and long-term chronic disease management while building strong relationships with patients and their families.

What you’ll do

• Provide full-scope primary care for patients of all ages, emphasizing wellness, prevention, and chronic disease management.
• Travel regularly to assigned family medicine clinics across Abbeville, Greenwood, Laurens, McCormick, and Saluda counties to cover patient needs.
• Deliver evidence-based, high-quality care and collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and other team members to coordinate treatment plans.
• Educate patients and families about diagnoses, treatment options, medications, and self-care.
• Accurately document patient encounters in the electronic health record in a timely manner.

What we’re looking for

• Graduate of an accredited APRN/NP or Physician Assistant program.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in primary care or family medicine.
• Active, unrestricted South Carolina license.
• Certified or eligible for certification in your specialty area (FNP, PA-C).
