Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) — Sign-On Bonus & Relocation (Great Falls, MT)

Join an independent CRNA practice in Great Falls, MT where you’ll enjoy autonomy, a varied caseload, and close collaboration with physicians across a single medical campus. This full-time role gives you meaningful clinical responsibility in a supportive, multidisciplinary setting.

What you’ll do
You’ll provide full-spectrum anesthesia care for a wide mix of cases, including orthopedics (spine), general and robotic-assisted surgery, ENT, gynecology, urology, endoscopy, and plastics. There are no cardiac or OB cases. Regional block skills and experience practicing independently are a plus.

The environment
Work on a single campus that includes:

• 5 hospital ORs, 4 outpatient surgery center ORs, and 1 endoscopy suite
• 2 catheterization labs
• An active regional post-op pain management program and an ERAS pathway
• A 36-bed acute care hospital with a 10-bed open ICU and an 8-bed Emergency Department staffed by experienced clinicians

Call and schedule
Call is 1:9 with rare callbacks and occasional post-call days off, so you’ll have predictable downtime and good work-life balance.

Qualifications
You should be board-certified or board-eligible, a graduate of an accredited nurse anesthesia program, and either hold or be able to obtain an unrestricted Montana CRNA license.
