Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant — Integrative Family Medicine (Amherst, FT, $130–165K)

Join a well-established, patient-centered family medicine practice serving Amherst and Northampton, MA. We provide integrative, whole-person care—combining primary care, behavioral health, chiropractic, acupuncture, and other therapeutic services—within a collaborative, multidisciplinary team.

Practice highlights

• Family medicine across the lifespan (newborn to geriatric care)

• Team-based environment with close collaboration among primary care, behavioral health, and complementary care providers
• Two clinic locations; clinicians may work across both sites

Schedule

• Full-time, Monday–Friday
• No weekends
• One flexible weekday evening shift (until 6:00 PM)

Compensation & benefits

• Salary range: $130,000–$165,000 (DOE)

Key responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive primary care to patients of all ages
• Conduct assessments, make diagnoses, and develop treatment plans
• Coordinate care with behavioral health, chiropractic, acupuncture, and other specialists
• Promote preventive health, chronic disease management, and whole-person wellness
• Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation

Qualifications

• Licensed Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in Massachusetts, or ability to obtain licensure
• Experience in family medicine or primary care preferred
• Commitment to patient-centered, integrative care
• Strong communication, collaboration, and teamwork skills
