Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant — Family Medicine (Primary Care) — Northampton, MA

Join a well-established, patient-centered family medicine practice serving Amherst and Northampton, MA. Practice within an integrative, multidisciplinary model that includes primary care, behavioral health, chiropractic, acupuncture, and other therapeutic services.

Practice setting

• Family medicine serving patients across the lifespan (newborn through geriatrics)
• Collaborative team with interdisciplinary providers and complementary care specialists
• Emphasis on whole-person, preventive, and chronic disease management

Schedule

• Full-time, Monday–Friday
• No weekends
• One flexible weekday evening shift (until 6:00 PM)
• Work across both clinic locations as needed

Compensation & benefits

• Salary: $130,000–$165,000 DOE
• Health, dental, vision, retirement, and paid time off

Key responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive primary care to patients of all ages
• Perform history, physicals, assessments, diagnoses, and develop treatment plans
• Manage acute and chronic conditions and deliver preventive care
• Coordinate care with behavioral health, chiropractic, acupuncture, and other providers
• Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation and follow practice protocols

Qualifications

• Licensed Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in Massachusetts, or ability to obtain licensure
• Experience in family medicine or primary care preferred
• Commitment to patient-centered, integrative care
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
