Pediatrician — Sierra Vista, AZ | $25K Sign‑On, Up to $277K + Bonus & 5–6 Weeks PTO

$25,000 sign-on bonus. Join a collaborative outpatient practice in Sierra Vista, AZ, delivering comprehensive care to patients from birth through adolescence. Focus areas include preventive health, developmental screening, acute and chronic disease management, patient and family education, and coordination with specialists.

Responsibilities:

• Perform well-child exams, immunizations, and developmental screenings
• Diagnose and treat acute pediatric illnesses, infections, and injuries
• Manage chronic pediatric conditions and coordinate specialty care
• Provide anticipatory guidance and health education to patients and families
• Maintain accurate medical records and participate in quality improvement initiatives

Qualifications:

• MD or DO
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pediatrics
• Active Arizona medical license or ability to obtain one
• Current DEA registration
• BLS and PALS certifications

Compensation & benefits:

• Salary up to $277,000 plus quarterly productivity bonus
