Pediatric Physician (Pediatrics) — Surprise, AZ

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive pediatric care: well-child visits, sick visits, developmental screening, vaccinations, and preventive care
• Perform physical exams, order and interpret diagnostic tests, and develop/titrate treatment plans
• Counsel patients and families on wellness, development, nutrition, behavior, and safety
• Coordinate care with multidisciplinary team members and community resources
• Maintain accurate, timely medical records in the electronic health record
• Participate in ongoing professional development and stay current with pediatric standards of care

Required Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited medical school
• Completion of an accredited U.S. pediatric residency program
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pediatrics
• Active Arizona medical license and DEA registration (or ability to obtain)
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Valid Arizona driver’s license
• Valid Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card (Arizona DPS)
• CPR/AED certification per American Heart Association or Red Cross
• Proficient with electronic medical records and basic computer applications
• Strong clinical skills and effective communication with children, families, and staff

Preferred

• Bilingual in Spanish (preferred, not required)
