Overview
Provide outpatient and consultative psychiatric care as a Nurse Practitioner within a multidisciplinary behavioral health team. Deliver evidence-based, patient-centered treatment across a range of mental health conditions.

Key responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and risk assessments.
• Develop and manage individualized treatment plans, including psychopharmacology.
• Monitor treatment response, adjust medications, and provide follow-up care.
• Coordinate care with psychiatrists, psychologists, social workers, and primary care providers.
• Educate patients and families on diagnoses, treatment options, and medication adherence.
• Document accurately and maintain compliance with clinical and legal standards.
• Participate in multidisciplinary case reviews and quality improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Active Massachusetts NP license.
• Certification as a Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) required.
• 1–2+ years’ clinical experience in psychiatry or behavioral health preferred.
• Strong diagnostic, medication-management, and communication skills.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively in a team-based care model.
