Family Medicine Physician (Outpatient) — Braselton, GA; Flexible Schedule, No Call

Location: Braselton, GA

Practice type: Outpatient primary care (Family Medicine or Internal Medicine)

Schedule

• Three weekdays per week (Mon–Fri window: 8:00 AM–8:00 PM)
• One weekend every other week (Sat or Sun): 9:00 AM–2:00 PM
• No on-call responsibilities

Key responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive, evidence-based primary care for adults
• Perform routine exams (including Pap smears), manage acute and chronic conditions
• Evaluate and treat urgent care needs within the primary care setting
• Counsel patients on prevention and wellness
• Collaborate with clinical team to support quality outcomes
• Review labs and complete accurate EMR documentation within 72 hours
• Manage approximately 2.0–2.2 patients per hour, including walk-ins
• Maintain professional patient and team interactions

Compensation & benefits

• Base salary $230,000–$280,000 plus 20–30% incentive

Requirements

• MD or DO from accredited medical school
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
• Valid, unrestricted Georgia medical license or eligibility for licensure
• Strong communication, interpersonal skills, and clinical judgment
