Family Medicine / Internal Medicine Physician — Outpatient Clinic, Dallas GA (No Call)

Join a growing outpatient team in Dallas, GA providing comprehensive, patient-centered primary care. No on-call responsibilities.

Schedule

• 3 weekdays per week (Mon–Fri coverage window 8:00 AM–8:00 PM)
• 1 weekend every other week (Sat 9:00 AM–2:00 PM)
• Extended weekday hours; minimal weekend commitment

Clinical Responsibilities

• Deliver evidence-based primary care to adults, including acute and chronic disease management
• Perform routine exams (including Pap smears) and address urgent care needs within the primary care setting
• Provide preventive counseling and wellness planning
• Collaborate with care team to support quality outcomes
• Review labs and complete accurate EMR documentation within 72 hours
• Manage ~2–2.2 patients per hour, including walk-ins
• Maintain professional interactions with patients and team members

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary $230,000–$280,000 plus 20–30% incentives

Requirements

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
• Valid, unrestricted Georgia medical license or eligibility for licensure
• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and interpersonal skills
