Family/Internal Medicine Physician — Primary Care (Goodyear, AZ)

We are seeking a dedicated Family or Internal Medicine Physician to join our team in Goodyear, AZ. This full-time role delivers comprehensive primary care to a diverse patient population in a community health setting, with an emphasis on high-quality, patient-centered care.

Key responsibilities

• Provide outpatient primary care to patients of all ages
• Perform clinical assessments, diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions
• Develop and implement treatment plans and preventive care strategies
• Maintain accurate, compliant medical records and documentation
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary staff to ensure coordinated continuity of care
• Communicate effectively with patients and families to support health education and adherence

Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school
• Completion of an accredited U.S. Family Medicine or Internal Medicine residency
• Board certified in Family or Internal Medicine
• Active Arizona medical license and valid DEA registration
• Current BLS certification
• Minimum three years’ experience in community health (preferred)
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred but not required
• Cultural competency and ability to interact respectfully with diverse populations
• Proficiency with basic clinical workflows and electronic records
• Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
• Valid Arizona driver’s license
