Job Description

Join our team in Buckeye, AZ, and make a meaningful difference in the health of a diverse community. We’re looking for a dedicated Family Medicine Physician to provide full-time, comprehensive primary care in an outpatient community health setting.

What you’ll do

  • Deliver high-quality family medicine care across all ages in an outpatient clinic.
  • Perform thorough clinical assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and manage both acute and chronic conditions.
  • Maintain accurate, timely medical records consistent with clinic policies and standards.
  • Work collaboratively with nurses, specialists, and other healthcare team members to ensure continuity and coordination of care.
  • Communicate clearly and compassionately with patients and families to support positive health outcomes.

Qualifications

  • Graduate of an accredited medical school.
  • Completion of an accredited U.S. Family Medicine residency.
  • Board Certified in Family Medicine.
  • Valid Arizona medical license and DEA certificate.
  • Current BLS certification.
  • Minimum of three years’ experience in community health.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required.
  • Cultural competency and comfort working with patients from diverse backgrounds and social circumstances.
  • Demonstrated clinical skills and familiarity with standard clinical methods and techniques.
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in business English, spelling, and punctuation.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to engage effectively with patients, colleagues, and the public.
  • Valid Arizona driver’s license.
