Outpatient Pediatrician — Full-Time, No Deliveries, Spanish-Speaking Community, Partnership Track

Join a well-established pediatric practice serving Central and Northern New Jersey, where patient-centered care and community impact are central. We seek a dedicated, compassionate Pediatric Physician to deliver comprehensive outpatient care and participate in periodic newborn rounding. This role provides a balanced schedule, no delivery responsibilities, and the opportunity to build long-term relationships with patients and families.

Schedule

• Full-time, 5-day work week
• Every-other-Saturday rotation (one weekday off when Saturday is worked)

Clinical highlights

• Outpatient-focused practice with periodic newborn rounding
• No delivery or C-section coverage required
• Diverse patient population with a large Spanish-speaking community

Compensation & benefits

• Salary $190,000–$210,000 (commensurate with experience)

Requirements

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pediatrics
• Active or eligible for New Jersey medical licensure
• Strong clinical, diagnostic, and communication skills

• Spanish proficiency strongly preferred to support our community
