Outpatient Pediatrician Full-Time, Spanish-Speaking Community Practice, Partnership Track

Join a well-established pediatric practice serving Central and Northern New Jersey, committed to patient-centered care and continuity across the community. We are looking for a compassionate pediatric physician to deliver comprehensive outpatient care and participate in periodic newborn rounding. This role offers a balanced schedule, no delivery responsibilities, and the chance to build long-term relationships with patients and families.

Key responsibilities

• Provide full-scope outpatient pediatric care
• Participate in periodic newborn rounding
• Manage a diverse patient panel with emphasis on continuity and family-centered care
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and care teams

Schedule

• Full-time, five-day work week
• Every-other-Saturday rotation
• One weekday off during weeks when Saturday is worked

• Outpatient-focused practice; no deliveries or C-section coverage

Compensation & benefits

• Salary $190,000–$210,000 (commensurate with experience)

Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pediatrics
• Active or eligible for New Jersey medical licensure
• Strong clinical, diagnostic, and communication skills
• Commitment to high-quality, patient-centered care
• Spanish language proficiency strongly preferred
