OB/GYN Physician (Obstetrics & Gynecology) — Goodyear, AZ (Full-Time)

We are seeking a full-time Obstetrics and Gynecology physician to join our multidisciplinary team in Goodyear, AZ. This role delivers comprehensive women’s healthcare across the lifespan—preventive care, prenatal and postnatal management, diagnosis and treatment of reproductive health disorders, and management of pregnancy and childbirth—while collaborating with physicians, mid-level providers, nurses, and support staff to ensure high-quality, patient-centered care.

Key responsibilities:

• Provide outpatient and inpatient obstetric and gynecologic care, including prenatal visits, deliveries, postpartum management, routine exams, and surgical procedures.
• Diagnose and treat disorders of the female reproductive system; develop evidence-based treatment plans.
• Coordinate care with multidisciplinary team members and refer to specialists as needed.
• Maintain accurate medical records, follow regulatory and quality standards, and participate in performance improvement initiatives.
• Communicate clearly and compassionately with patients and families, emphasizing education and shared decision-making.

Qualifications:

• MD or DO degree from an accredited institution.
• Completion of an accredited OB/GYN residency program.
• Board certified or board eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology.
• Valid, unrestricted Arizona medical license and current DEA registration.
• Strong diagnostic, surgical, and clinical skills, with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
