Job Description

We’re looking for a committed, experienced Family Medicine physician to join our team in Lancaster, NH in a full‑time outpatient role with the possibility of stepping into a Division Chair position down the road. You’ll be leading clinical care while also taking on medical director responsibilities, so this is a great fit if you want both patient care and leadership.

What you’ll do

  • Provide outpatient primary care (about 28 hours of patient contact per week).
  • Handle a daily panel of roughly 20–24 patients.
  • Spend about 12 hours weekly on administrative/leadership duties (3 hours office‑based, 9 hours as Medical Director). Flexible scheduling is available, especially for those interested in a Division Chair role.
  • Participate in community call and provide care for local nursing home patients (schedule to be determined).
  • Work with an RN Team Leader and a dedicated Medical Assistant for clinical support.
  • Use Meditech Expanse EMR and Dragon dictation to streamline documentation.
  • Benefit from strong IT and marketing support to help build your patient panel and meet wRVU targets.

Who we’re looking for

  • MD or DO degree.
  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine.
  • Minimum of 5 years of outpatient primary care experience.
  • Someone planning to commit to practice here for at least 5–10 years.
  • Eligible for or able to obtain a New Hampshire medical license.

Compensation & benefits

  • Base salary $296,579 plus wRVU production.
  • $15,000 Medical Director stipend.
  • Full benefits package.
  • $20–25K sign-on/retention for years 2 and 3.
  • Up to $19,000 in relocation/rental assistance.
  • Student loan repayment application assistance.
