Shift: Days (every other weekend required)
Hours/Pay: $1,926 / 36 hours

Overview:
Provide skilled nursing care on a Med-Surg/Comprehensive Medical unit with occasional float assignments to Stroke, Oncology, Cardiac, Observation, and other med-surg areas.

Required Qualifications:

• Active RN license
• Minimum 3 years current/recent Telemetry and/or Stepdown experience (must be able to interpret telemetry; competency tested on day one)
• Proficiency with Epic EMR (no refresher classes or 1:1 onboarding permitted)
• Active BLS certification
• Availability for day shift schedule including every other weekend

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver patient-centered care primarily on 3 West Comprehensive Medical Unit
• Float to other medical-surgical specialties as needed (Stroke, Oncology, Cardiac, Observation, etc.)
• Maintain competency in telemetry monitoring and documentation using Epic
• Adhere to unit policies, safety standards, and shift handoff procedures

Failure to demonstrate required Epic proficiency or telemetry competency on the first-day assessment will result in immediate termination.
