We’re seeking a licensed Physical Therapist for a contract assignment in Pittsfield, MA, starting August 24, 2026. This is a day-shift role (8:00 AM–4:30 PM) with 8-hour days and a 40-hour workweek. Pay is $2,600 per 40 hours. You’ll be part of a schedule that may include rotating weekends and holiday coverage when needed, but there’s no on-call requirement.

What you’ll bring:

• Active Massachusetts Physical Therapist license
• BLS (AHA)
• At least 2 years combined acute (hospital-based) nursing care and home care experience
• Certified home health experience with strong proficiency in OASIS — this requirement is non-negotiable
• Valid driver’s license
