Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA) — 14-Week Contract in Alameda, CA

We're seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to join a team in Alameda, CA for a 14-week local contract starting October 12, 2026. This is a full-week schedule (Sun–Sat) with a 35-hour work week and a local rate of $1,558 per 35 hours.

What you’ll need:

• A valid, active Occupational Therapy Assistant state license.

What you’ll do:

• Support the Occupational Therapist in evaluating patients to determine their physical and functional limitations.
• Carry out therapeutic interventions and activities designed to improve motor skills, mobility, and independence with daily tasks.
• Teach patients how to use assistive devices and adaptive equipment safely and effectively.
• Maintain accurate, timely patient documentation that reflects treatments, progress, and any changes in condition.
• Follow safety and infection-control procedures to keep the therapy environment safe for everyone.
