• Implement treatment plans and carry out therapeutic activities to improve motor skills, mobility, and independence in daily living.
• Instruct patients and caregivers on safe use of assistive devices and adaptive equipment.
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation of treatments, progress, and condition changes.
• Follow all safety and infection control protocols to maintain a safe therapy environment.
