Requirements:

• Active, valid Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) state license.
• Current BLS certification.

Key responsibilities:

• Provide direct nursing care under RN or physician supervision.
• Conduct thorough patient assessments and administer medications and prescribed treatments.
• Manage wound care—cleaning, dressing, assessment, and monitoring for infection or complications.
• Continuously monitor and accurately document vital signs and patient status.
• Maintain comprehensive patient records and provide education to patients and families on conditions and self-care.
• Respond promptly to medical emergencies and follow infection control and safety protocols.
