Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) 14-Week Contract, PM Shift in Rutland, VT

We’re looking for a Licensed Practical Nurse to join a Rutland, VT team on a 14-week contract (non-travel) beginning August 3, 2026. This is a local assignment with a PM shift (2:00 PM – 10:30 PM). Pay is $1,132 per 40-hour week.

What you’ll need

• A current, active LPN license for the state.
• BLS certification.

What you’ll be doing
You’ll provide hands-on nursing care under the direction of RNs or physicians. That means performing thorough patient assessments, giving prescribed meds and treatments, and monitoring and documenting vital signs regularly. You’ll manage wound care — cleaning, dressing, and watching for signs of infection or complications — and keep accurate, detailed patient records. You’ll also educate patients and families about conditions and self-care, respond quickly in emergencies, and follow infection control protocols.
