Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) — 5-Week Contract, PM Shift — Rutland, VT

We’re looking for an LPN to join a Rutland, VT team for a short-term contract starting July 1, 2026. This is a 5-week, non-travel assignment with evening shifts (2:00 PM – 10:30 PM). Pay for local candidates is $1,132 per 40-hour week.

What you’ll do

• Provide hands-on nursing care under RN or physician direction.
• Complete thorough patient assessments and give medications and treatments as ordered.
• Manage wound care—clean, dress, and monitor wounds for signs of infection or complications.
• Monitor and record vital signs frequently and accurately.
• Keep clear, up-to-date patient documentation.
• Teach patients and families about conditions, treatments, and self-care.
• Act quickly during emergencies and follow infection control policies.

Who we need

• Current, active LPN license for the state.
• BLS certification.
