Contract Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) — 11-Week Local Assignment, Rutland VT

Join a Rutland, VT team for an 11-week contract starting June 11, 2026. This non-travel position runs weekdays 6:00 AM–2:30 PM with a local rate of $876 per 40-hour week.

What we’re looking for

• Active, valid Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) state license.
• Current BLS certification.

What you’ll do
You’ll provide hands-on nursing care under the direction of RNs or physicians, performing patient assessments, administering medications and treatments, and monitoring vital signs. You’ll manage wound care — evaluating, cleaning, dressing, and watching for infection or complications — and keep accurate, timely documentation of patient status and care provided. Education is part of the role: you’ll explain conditions and self-care to patients and families. In addition, you’ll respond quickly in medical emergencies and follow established infection control procedures to keep patients and staff safe.
