Requirements:
- Active, valid Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) state license
- BLS certification
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct nursing care under RN or physician supervision
- Perform patient assessments; administer prescribed medications and treatments
- Manage wound care: evaluate, clean, dress wounds; monitor for infection/complications
- Monitor and document vital signs continuously
- Maintain accurate patient records and provide patient/family education on conditions and self-care
- Respond promptly in medical emergencies and follow infection control protocols
