What you’ll need:

What you’ll do:

• Provide hands-on nursing care under the direction of RNs or physicians, including comprehensive assessments.
• Administer prescribed medications and treatments and keep careful documentation.
• Monitor and record vital signs regularly and communicate changes to the care team.
• Evaluate, clean, dress, and manage wounds, watching for signs of infection or complications.
• Maintain accurate patient records and educate patients and families about diagnoses and self-care.
• Respond quickly and appropriately to medical emergencies and follow infection control protocols.
