Join a full-time Otolaryngology opportunity in Colorado Springs, CO — day shift schedule. We seek a general ENT physician to provide comprehensive outpatient and procedural care in a collaborative practice environment.
Key Requirements
- Board Certified in Otolaryngology or truly Board Eligible (0–5 years post-residency) — required
- Interest in practicing General ENT full-time — required
- Availability/start date — required
- Active Colorado medical license preferred; must obtain prior to start
- Active NPDB Self-Query Report dated within 30 days at presentation — required (no exemptions)
- Willingness to obtain an active DEA registration prior to start — preferred
- Clean malpractice and licensing history; license and disciplinary history documentation required
- Visa status: indicate if J-1 or H-1B support is required in submission — required
