Adelphi seeks Registered Behavior Technicians to deliver school-based behavioral support in Plano, TX. Under BCBA supervision, you will implement individualized behavior-intervention and skill-acquisition plans to enhance students’ communication, social, academic-readiness, and functional skills.

Requirements

• Active RBT credential from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board
• High school diploma or equivalent (associate or bachelor’s preferred)
• Experience supporting children or adolescents with behavioral or developmental needs
• Ability to work under BCBA or other authorized professional supervision
• School-based experience preferred

Key responsibilities

• Implement BCBA-developed behavior intervention and skill-acquisition plans
• Provide direct one-to-one and small-group support using approved strategies (reinforcement, prompting, redirection)
• Collect and maintain accurate, FERPA-compliant data and service documentation
• Follow approved safety, crisis-prevention, and de-escalation protocols
• Assist students with communication, social, academic, and daily-living skills
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and educational team members as directed
• Perform related duties as assigned
