Requirements:

• Active, valid Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) state license.
• Current BLS certification.

Key responsibilities:

• Provide direct nursing care under RN or physician supervision, including comprehensive patient assessments.
• Administer prescribed medications and treatments; monitor and document vital signs continuously.
• Assess, clean, dress, and manage wounds, watching for signs of infection or complications.
• Maintain accurate patient records and deliver patient- and family-centered education on conditions and self-care.
• Respond promptly in medical emergencies and follow established infection control practices.
