Requirements:
- Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) state license.
- Current BLS certification.
Position overview:
Provide direct, patient-centered nursing care under the supervision of registered nurses or physicians. Responsibilities include performing comprehensive assessments, administering medications and treatments, monitoring and documenting vital signs, and managing wound care with attention to infection prevention. Maintain accurate patient records, educate patients and families on diagnoses and self-care, and respond promptly to medical emergencies while following established infection control protocols.
