Qualifications:

• Current, active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license for the state of New Mexico.
• BLS certification.

Key responsibilities:

• Provide direct nursing care under RN or physician supervision, including medication administration and prescribed treatments.
• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and continuous vital-sign monitoring; document findings accurately.
• Perform wound care: evaluate, clean, dress, and monitor for infection or other complications.
• Maintain thorough patient records and deliver patient/family education on diagnoses and self-care.
• Act promptly during medical emergencies and follow infection-control protocols.
