Qualifications

• Active, valid Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) state license.
• Current BLS certification.

Key responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care under RN or physician supervision, including comprehensive patient assessments.
• Administer medications and treatments per orders; monitor and document responses.
• Manage wound care: evaluate, cleanse, dress, and monitor for infection or complications.
• Continuously assess and record vital signs and clinical changes.
• Maintain accurate patient records and deliver patient/family education on conditions and self-care.
• Respond promptly to medical emergencies and follow established infection-control protocols.

This role requires strong clinical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication in a fast-paced care setting.
