Location: Jacksonville & St. Petersburg, FL
Service setting: 100% outpatient HIV primary care clinic
Schedule: Monday–Friday (days); shared on-call

Patient population: Adults, including LGBTQ community and people living with HIV/AIDS
Patient volume: ~15–18 patients per day
Case mix: Outpatient HIV primary care

Clinical responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive outpatient HIV primary care and general primary care for adults
• Diagnose and manage HIV/AIDS and related primary care conditions
• Serve as clinical leader/Medical Director
• Participate in shared call schedule
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver care to underserved populations, including LGBTQ patients

Support staff: Practice manager, medical assistants, registered nurses
Research focus: HIV and LGBTQ health

Minimum requirements:

• MD or DO (Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Adult Gerontology, or Infectious Disease)
• Active California MD/DO license (as listed)
• Valid DEA license and furnishing license
• Current CPR/BLS
• AAHIVM certification required within 18 months of hire
• Prior outpatient HIV/AIDS diagnosis and treatment experience
• Comfortable managing a panel of 15–18 patients per day
