We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse to provide compassionate, high-quality bedside care during a 14-week night-shift contract in Concord, New Hampshire. The ideal candidate works collaboratively with the healthcare team, follows established protocols, and maintains accurate clinical documentation.

Required qualifications

• Active, valid Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) state license.
• BLS certification.

Key responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care under RN or physician supervision, including medication administration and treatment implementation.
• Conduct thorough patient assessments and continuously monitor vital signs.
• Perform wound care—cleaning, dressing, evaluation—and watch for signs of infection or complications.
• Maintain clear, timely patient records and communicate care plans.
• Educate patients and families about diagnoses, treatments, and self-care.
• Respond promptly in medical emergencies and consistently follow infection control and safety procedures.
