Join a Concord, NH healthcare team as a Licensed Practical Nurse on a 14-week contract starting August 4, 2026. This night-shift assignment (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM) offers a travel rate of $1,472 per 36-hour period.
What you'll need
- Active, valid Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) state license
- BLS certification
What you'll do
- Provide direct nursing care under RN or physician direction, delivering safe, patient-centered interventions
- Perform thorough patient assessments and administer prescribed medications and treatments accurately
- Manage wound care: evaluate, clean, dress, and monitor for signs of infection or complications
- Continuously monitor and document vital signs and clinical changes
- Maintain clear, timely patient records and educate patients and families on diagnoses and self-care plans
- Respond promptly to medical emergencies and follow infection control and facility protocols
