Core responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care under RN or physician supervision.
• Perform comprehensive patient assessments; document findings.
• Administer medications and prescribed treatments accurately.
• Monitor and record vital signs continuously as indicated.
• Evaluate, clean, dress, and manage wounds; monitor for infection or complications.
• Maintain complete, timely patient records and communicate care plans.
• Educate patients and families on conditions, treatments, and self-care.
• Respond promptly to medical emergencies and follow infection-control protocols.
